Every Nepali carpet is crafted to the highest standard using top quality pure Nepali  materials like cotton, hemp, silk, Tibetan, and New Zealand wool. The proportion of materials is used as per demand by buyers/customer's. It provides a wide range of design and color combinations, maintaining their fine appearance. Every single motif has special traditional meaning and significance.
Buddhism basically influences the traditional designs of the Nepalese-Tibetan carpet but in recent years the Nepalese manufacturers have introduced modern design and colors and are available in a wide range of sizes and shapes (round, octagon, rectangular, and square). The desired designs, styles and shades are the creation of local designers & engineers to satisfy the market taste and choice.
 Carpet manufacture by quality processing of wool sorting and washing, carding, spinning, dyeing, knotting, trimming, washing and drying are prepared for final finishting.
The dried carpets are given the final finishing touch by retiming and stretching, where necessary to bring it to as close to the ordered size.
All washed carpets are rolled and wrapped in polythene sheet and is sealed at each end. Again, it is wrapped in Hessian cloth and sewn. Generally around (14m2 ) are packed in each bale.
