Carpet manufacture by quality processing of wool sorting and washing, carding, spinning, dyeing, knotting, trimming, washing and drying are prepared for final finishting.
The dried carpets are given the final finishing touch by retiming and stretching, where necessary to bring it to as close to the ordered size.
All washed carpets are rolled and wrapped in polythene sheet and is sealed at each end. Again, it is wrapped in Hessian cloth and sewn. Generally around (14m2 ) are packed in each bale.
